Fats and oils are also kept to a minimum, as we use our ‘innovate’ steam cooking process. Which just like when you steam cook at home, allows us to use less oils and fats but keep all the taste.

Our Chicken with Ginger & Spring Onion is made using tender chicken breast pieces, along with green peppers and spring onions which are then cooked in our delicious Chinese style sauce, flavoured with spices, ginger and garlic. We serve it alongside fluffy white rice to create a tasty takeaway treat!

The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from chilled. Do not reheat.
Microwave: 800 Watt: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir the sauce component and recover. Heat for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, take care as hot steam may escape. Serve.
