Lasagne is one of those meals that you really miss when you live with food allergies. Making a dairy-free, gluten-free & soya-free recipe was a real challenge (to my mind, at least!) but my Lasagne has a great texture and is ‘cheesy’ & I’ve also worked hard to make it a healthy choice too.
Our well-loved Lasagne is made with minced British & Irish beef in a rich Bolognese tomato sauce that gets a great depth of flavour from tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms as well garlic and Worcester sauce. Layered with fresh gluten free pasta sheets that are tender when cooked and topped with a light & creamy Dairy free béchamel sauce that gives a good ‘cheesy’ taste.

Only 322 calories and low in fat, saturates and sugar, our oven-ready Lasagne is a small positive change in your diet.
Gluten free, made with tummy-friendly ingredients
Classic Beef Lasagne is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soya free. We simply avoid putting ingredients which cause bloating and allergic reactions in our recipes.
So our Lasagne is delicious but doesn’t irritate your tummy so everyone can enjoy our meals, even people with food allergies.
No red traffic lights
We never have any red traffic lights on our meals, because our meals have no nasty additives and just like you would at home, I look for healthy & flavourful alternatives to sugar & salt.
