After the success of our classic Beef Lasagne, we wanted to create a vegan version because nobody should have to live without one of the most comforting meals to grace our plates, the lasagne! To make our lasagne vegan-friendly, we swapped the traditional meat sauce for one which contains plenty of lentils and vegetables to create a hearty & delicious dairy-free, meat-free, gluten-free & soya-free lasagne, with a great texture and most importantly that creamy, cheesy taste!
Our great tasting Lentil Lasagne is made with green lentils in a rich tomato sauce that gets a great depth of flavour from tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms as well garlic and red wine. Layered with fresh gluten free pasta sheets that are silky and soft when cooked and topped with a light & creamy Dairy free béchamel sauce that gives that classic ‘cheesy’ taste.

At only 282 calories and low in fat and sugar, our oven-ready Lentil Lasagne is a small positive change in your diet and won’t leave you feeling hungry or deprived!
Gluten free, made with tummy-friendly ingredients
Our Lentil Lasagne is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soya free. We simply avoid putting ingredients which cause bloating and allergic reactions in our recipes.
So our Lasagne is delicious but doesn’t irritate your tummy so everyone can enjoy our meals, even people with food allergies.
No red traffic lights
We never have any red traffic lights on our meals, because our meals have no nasty additives and just like you would at home, I look for healthy & flavourful alternatives to sugar & salt.

Although all of our meals are complete meals for one in themselves, I like to serve my Lasagne with with a bit of greenery, like this delicious roasted beetroot & chickpea salad
