That’s right, after many attempts in our kitchen, we have finally cracked the recipe! An incredibly creamy, ‘cheezy’ version of the much-loved classic, Mac & Cheese! Plus it’s gluten free and vegan friendly
We use soft and tender, gluten free elbow macaroni. We smother it and slowly cook it in our rich & velvety smooth, cheezy sauce; which is made with a smokey dairy free cheeze. The dish is then finished with a generous sprinkle of our gluten free herb crumb, which brings a lovely crunchy texture to the dish, once cooked.
You may be surprised by how light this is for being a comfort food classic, but our Mac & Cheeze is just 365 calories! It’s also much lower in fat than the calorie laden alternatives & low in salt too.
Like all our sauces there’s no gluten lurking in there, in fact our Mac & Cheeze is free of all 14 allergens, so that everyone can enjoy it!
