Mild Sriracha Chicken
I love Sriracha because of the touch of heat a drop can add to most meals. But Sriracha is great for more than just drizzling!
It’s tangy-sweet taste and small kick of spice can make a satisfying and healthy mid-week meal.
And it’s truly something a little different for dinner!
For our Sriracha Chicken recipe we use a mildly spiced Sriracha style sauce with a hint of lime. It’s perfect with tender chicken breast pieces and spring onion topped long-grain rice.
Our delicious Sriracha recipe is subtlety spicy but not hot. So, expect your lips to tingle with the combination of sweet, sour and slightly spicy flavours!
It’s already a mid-week favourite in my house, not least because it’s only 390 calories! Plus it’s low in fat, low in sugar and has 22g of Protein in it!
