To make this hearty & satisfying mid-week meal, chunks of British beef are slow cooked for hours to make sure they are tender. We then add sweet potato and parsnips for their wonderful texture and to add a lovely subtle sweetness and serve in a rich red wine gravy. We then pair the stew with a light & fluffy potato and cabbage mash to finish this delicious dish off.
