Packed with vegetables (like courgetti, mushrooms and spinach) so it has less fat than a traditional meat lasagne. But don’t worry, the chunky vegetables and rich Ragu sauce means you won’t miss the meat.
Additionally, our creamy béchamel sauce is dairy free. No cheese in the recipe means lower saturated fat. Instead we use potato milk, to make a really creamy béchamel which is still a healthier option. It’s also suitable for people with soya allergens or nut allergies.
The rich Ragu and creamy dairy-free béchamel is layered with soft gluten-free pasta sheets. We know some people worry about gluten free pasta. But it’s the perfect firmness and softness in our delicious Vegetable Lasagne. Plus gluten-free is a great ‘tummy-friendly’ alternative.

Cooking Instructions:
The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results oven bake from frozen. Do not reheat.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan Oven, Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 45 minutes. Take care as meal will be hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
800W Microwave: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 11 minutes. Take care as meal will be hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
Storage Instructions:
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date is indicated on front of pack. Once cooked, consume immediately. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
